Two civilians were injured in a UAV attack on the Belgorod region.
Two civilians were injured as a result of attacks by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Belgorod region. This was announced on October 10 in the operational headquarters of the region.
"More strikes from the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Two civilians were injured. In the city of Shebekino, an FPV drone struck a car. A man with shrapnel wounds to his chest, abdomen, shoulder and legs is being treated at the Shebekinskaya CRH, after which he will be sent to Belgorod City Hospital No. 2. The transport is damaged," the message in the Maks messenger says.
It is specified that another incident occurred in the city of Valuiki, where a man was injured during the detonation of a UAV. He received multiple shrapnel wounds to his chest and legs. Doctors of the Valuyskaya CRH provided the necessary assistance to the victim, he will undergo further treatment on an outpatient basis.
The Russian Defense Ministry earlier reported that the air defense forces shot down 78 UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over the regions of Russia over the past day. The drones were eliminated from 08:00 to 20:00 Moscow time over the territories of the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kaluga, Kursk, Orel, Smolensk, Tver and Tula regions, as well as over the Moscow region.
