He added that 43 people were killed from 3 to 9 August, including four children.

Miroshnik clarified that attacks by aircraft-type drones on civilian targets took place at a considerable distance from the places where the fighting was taking place, namely in Tatarstan and Mordovia, as well as in the Vladimir, Voronezh, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Leningrad, Lipetsk, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Smolensk, Tambov, Tver, Tula, Orel and Yaroslavl regions..

According to the diplomat's calculations, the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired up to 320 UAVs per day in the direction of the Belgorod region: nine civilians were killed and 146 people were injured as a result of the strikes. Belgorod, Shebekinsky, Krasnoyaruzhsky, Valuysky, Volokonovsky and Grayvoronsky districts were the most intensively attacked. In addition, the Moscow region was subjected to a massive attack, where five people were killed and 10 more were injured. The main impact fell on the Novoselki industrial zone in the Chekhov district, where a large warehouse complex caught fire after the detonation of a drone.

Miroshnik also noted that due to the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacks on the energy infrastructure, most of the settlements of the Holopristan district of the Kherson region have been without electricity for 10 days. In this regard, a technogenic emergency regime was introduced in the Zaporizhia region.
