Russians were named the areas with the largest salary increases
In five years, the average salary has increased in most industries, but the maximum growth was recorded in the production of thermal coals, rental and rental of personal items, as well as in pollution control services. This was announced on August 5 by Igor Balynin, an associate professor at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
"Examples of subclasses of economic activity where workers' average salaries doubled in 2021-2025 are the following: agglomeration of coal, anthracite and brown coal (lignite) and production of thermal coal — by 3.89 times. From 19,388 rubles to 75,387.7 rubles," Balynin told TASS.
It is noted that the average salary increased 2.77 times in the rental and rental of personal items (from 29.9 thousand to 82.8 thousand rubles), as well as in the field of pollution control (from 32.5 thousand to 89.9 thousand rubles).
Balynin added that the growth in the production of optical devices and photographic and film equipment amounted to 2.46 times — from 54.7 thousand to 134.5 thousand rubles. Salaries in the software edition increased 2.41 times — from 81.6 thousand to 196.8 thousand rubles.
Avito Rabota analysts reported the day before that Russian employers were three times more likely to invite engine repair and maintenance specialists to the watch. According to experts, the number of shift offers for them increased by 169% compared to the same period last year. They attributed the increase in demand to the launch of new industrial and extractive projects. The number of vacancies for builders and technicians has also increased 2.5 times.
