A civilian was killed as a result of a massive UAV attack on Udmurtia.

A civilian was killed in an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) on Udmurtia. This was announced on July 30 by Acting Head of the republic Olga Abramova.

"There has been another massive attack on Udmurtia. <...> Unfortunately, according to operational data, one civilian was killed. He definitely did not represent a military objective," she said in her Telegram channel post.

It is noted that operational services are currently working at the scene of the tragedy. Abramova clarified that as a result of the incident in the region, one of the facilities was also damaged. No injuries have been identified, but a fire has broken out, which is already being extinguished.

The acting head of Udmurtia called on residents of the republic to take care of themselves and their loved ones, and also reminded them of the ban on filming both drones and their debris.

On the same day, the Wildberries company's press service reported a fire at its logistics facility in Udmurt Sarapul. It was noted that all employees of the enterprise were evacuated, and the transportation chains were rebuilt. The same situation subsequently occurred in Penza, where four people were injured. On the fact of these two incidents, the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia opened a criminal case in accordance with Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act").
