Private Yevtushenkov neutralized four APU drones during night duty

Private Sergei Yevtushenkov, who was performing a combat mission as part of a group to counter enemy unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), noticed and neutralized drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry on July 29.

It is specified that the soldier noticed drones during his night duty at the air surveillance post. Yevtushenkov suppressed two enemy UAVs with the help of electronic warfare, he destroyed two more FPV drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with small arms fire. Thanks to the courage of the private, it was possible to save the lives of the personnel, as well as the equipment of the motorized rifle unit.

In addition, the Russian Defense Ministry noted the actions of junior Sergeant Aslan Karov, who carried out a combat mission to deliver ammunition and logistical equipment to the front line. While driving, his car was attacked by Ukrainian drones. Showing composure in a critical situation, Karov maneuvered in dangerous areas and led the car away from the fire.

Thanks to the decisive actions and professionalism of the military, the cargo was saved and promptly delivered to the advanced positions of the motorized rifle unit, which made it possible to complete the combat mission and conquer new frontiers.
