The air temperature in Moscow will range from +20 to +22 degrees during the day. At night, the thermometer will drop to +15 degrees.

In the Moscow region, it will be from +18 to +23 degrees during the day, and at night the temperature may drop to +12.

A westerly, northwesterly wind with a speed of 5-10 m/s is expected, with gusts of up to 15 m/s in a thunderstorm.

Atmospheric pressure will be 737-738 mmHg.

Marina Makarova, a leading specialist at the Russian Hydrometeorological Center, reported on July 4 that the danger of tornadoes forming over the Black Sea would remain on July 4 and 5 along the coast from Anapa to Magri. According to her, such atmospheric phenomena occur with unstable weather and the development of powerful cumulonimbus clouds. In most cases, tornadoes remain above the sea, but sometimes they can come ashore.
