An administrative case on drug propaganda was opened against the musical performer Ptakha (real name — David Nuriev). The relevant information was published on the website of the courts of general jurisdiction of the city of Moscow on July 2.
It is specified that the court session is scheduled for July 16. The court protocol was drawn up in accordance with Article 6.13, Part 3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Propaganda of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances using the Internet").
A correspondent for Izvestia reported on May 12 that rapper Ganvest (real name Ruslan Gominov) was fined 70,000 rubles in a Moscow court in an administrative case involving drug propaganda in his songs. A report on the rapper for a similar violation was submitted to one of the courts in St. Petersburg.
