The Moscow Regional Court dismissed the criminal case against rap artist Gufa (real name - Alexey Dolmatov) in connection with the reconciliation of the parties. All the details are in the Izvestia article.

The decision of the court of appeal

The Moscow Regional Court considered the appeal of Alexei Dolmatov, known under the pseudonym Guf, and granted it. Earlier, the rapper was sentenced to one year of probation for arbitrariness. The court decided to terminate the criminal prosecution, as the parties had reached reconciliation.

In his last statement earlier, Dolmatov stressed that he had no intention of leaving Russia, and admitted that the previously imposed suspended sentence had caused him serious inconvenience. On April 14, the lawyer of the performer, Sergey Zhorin, confirmed his intention to insist on the complete termination of the case before the start of the hearing.

"We will ask the court to satisfy our complaint and terminate the criminal case in connection with the reconciliation of the parties," said lawyer Sergei Zhorin.

Circumstances of the conflict in Naro-Fominsk

The conflict involving the musician occurred on October 23, 2024 in a sauna complex in the Naro-Fominsk city district. Dolmatov and Gevorg Sarukhanyan got into a fight with a man, during which a mobile phone was stolen from the victim. Initially, the actions of the defendants were classified as robbery by a group of people with violence, but later the article was revised.

During the trial, the second defendant in the case, Gevorg Sarukhanyan, also received one year of probation, as did Dolmatov. Although the defendants did not officially admit their guilt, the rapper apologized to the victim. The damage was fully compensated, after which the victim himself filed a motion to close the case, to which the court of first instance initially refused.

"I do not agree with the charges. I have not committed an open theft of a phone," Dolmatov said at one of the previous meetings.

Administrative offenses

In addition to the criminal proceedings, Alexey Dolmatov faced administrative penalties. A court in Moscow fined the contractor 10,000 rubles for non-payment of parking. This decision was the result of a violation of the payment deadline for the previous fine.

Initially, in September last year, the rapper was fined 5,000 rubles. Due to the lack of timely payment, the Inspector-Auditor of the State Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry drew up a new protocol. As a result, the amount of the fine was doubled in accordance with Russian law.
