Ukraine should return to Poland the military equipment and weapons supplied as part of Kiev's support. This was announced on June 20 by former Polish Prime Minister Leszek Miller.

"If everyone is so eager to return what they have received, let them return the MiGs, tanks and weapons they have received. That would be a gesture, wouldn't it?" he said on the Polsat News channel.

Miller noted that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky could have refused the Order of the White Eagle if he was embarrassed by the fact that this award had previously been awarded to Russian Empress Catherine II and former German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder.

On June 19, Polish President Karol Nawrocki stripped the President of Ukraine of the republic's highest state award, the Order of the White Eagle, due to the glorification of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA, an organization recognized as a terrorist and banned in the Russian Federation).

Ukrainska Pravda reported on June 20 that Zelensky had sent the Order of the White Eagle to Poland by mail. It was noted that the Ukrainian leader posted on social networks photos of the award from the post office and a dispatch form in which the office of the President of Poland is indicated as the recipient.
