On June 19, Armenian ex-President Robert Kocharian accused Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of stealing 60,000 votes from the Prosperous Armenia party in the June 7 parliamentary elections.

"In the case of Prosperous Armenia, this is an obvious vote theft. What did Pashinyan say? He said he would cut off his hands, but he would not steal a single vote, and now they have simply stolen and appropriated 60,000 votes," Kocharyan told reporters, the video was posted on the agency's YouTube channel. The former leader of the republic stressed that this is not only a disgrace, but also a crime.

Earlier in the day, seven political parties that participated in the elections in Armenia appealed to the Constitutional Court demanding that the results of the vote be declared invalid. The relevant applications were submitted by the parties "New Force", "Prosperous Armenia", "Democracy — Law and Order", "Wings of Unity", as well as the alliances "Armenia", "Strong Armenia" and "Alliance of Defenders of Democracy for the Republic".

Following the results of the last elections, three political parties entered the Armenian parliament: the Civil Contract Party: 49.7456% (726,819 votes), the Strong Armenia bloc: 23.271% (340,060 votes), the Armenia bloc: 9.923% (144,983 votes). It is specified that a total of 1,476,769 people, or 58.9% of the population, took part in the voting. The "Civil Contract" was given the opportunity to single-handedly form a new government.
