Blogger Diana Shurygina did not appeal the measure of restraint in the form of house arrest in the case of the distribution of pornography. This was reported to Izvestia on June 19 at the Troitskiy Court in Moscow.

On June 16, the court chose a preventive measure for Shurygina in the form of house arrest until July 19. The girl was charged with Article 242 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal production and trafficking of pornographic materials or objects"). The girl's ex-partner, crypto businessman Svyatoslav Gusev, published a post in which he said that Shurygina was facing two to six years in prison.

Sergei Semenov, convicted of raping Shurygina, offered the girl protection in court and later added in an interview with Izvestia that it was a joke. Semenov, who considers himself a victim of a slip of the tongue in a rape case, was released early in 2018 and engaged in human rights activities.

On June 17, Izvestia was convinced in a dialogue with the seller that the sale of access to paid content under the name of Shurygina continues, despite the girl's being under house arrest. It was noted that the talk show star has not stopped selling subscriptions to a closed Telegram channel, the cost of access to premium content is 4850 rubles.
