According to data from the file of the Troitskiy District Court of Moscow, investigative actions took place in Shurygina's apartment. The request for an urgent search was considered by the court on June 11.

Earlier, a criminal case was opened against the girl under art. 242, part 3, paragraph "a" — illegal production and trafficking of pornographic materials or objects. Point "a" is an aggravating circumstance, which means that the crime was committed by a group of people by prior agreement or by an organized group.

If Shurygina's guilt is confirmed, she may face imprisonment for a term of two to six years.

Diana Shurygina herself or her representatives have not yet commented on the situation. The blogger's ex-boyfriend, crypto investor Svyatoslav Gusev, suggested that the attention of law enforcement officers could be attracted by intimate videos of a girl published in 2025 in closed Telegram channels.

What made Diana Shurygina famous?

Diana Shurygina became widely known in 2017 after participating in the talk show "Let them Talk" on Channel One. Then a 16-year-old native of Ulyanovsk publicly accused her 21-year-old friend Sergei Semenov of rape. This story caused a huge public outcry, and the girl herself became one of the most discussed people in the Russian media space.

According to Shurygina, in March 2016, she was at a birthday party in a country house, where she consumed alcohol. On the air of the program, she claimed that she had drunk only a little vodka, "on the bottom" — this phrase instantly turned into an Internet meme. The girl said that because she felt unwell, she went to rest in another room, where Semenov followed her, after which he committed violence against her. A medical examination confirmed the presence of injuries to the victim.

Semenov insisted on the voluntary nature of intimate relationships and claimed that he did not know about Shurygina's real age. The court found the young man guilty. Initially, he was sentenced to eight years of imprisonment in a high-security penal colony. However, the sentence was later reduced, first to three years and three months, and then to one year and two months. In the fall of 2018, Semenov was released on parole.

After gaining notoriety, Shurygina moved to Moscow. In the fall of 2017, she married Channel One cameraman Andrey Shlyanin and changed her last name. However, the marriage quickly broke up. Later in her life, a new partner appeared — millionaire Denis Rebrov, with whom the relationship lasted for several years. In 2025, the girl began an affair with a crypto investor Svyatoslav Gusev, the couple was preparing for the wedding, but a week before the ceremony Gusev announced its cancellation.

For a while Shurygina worked as a barista, tried her hand at music and recorded several songs. At the same time, she started blogging. Later, the girl had breast augmentation surgery and actively talked about it to subscribers. She also openly admitted to mental health problems and addiction to alcohol and drugs.

In May 2026, Svyatoslav Gusev filed a police report, accusing his former lover of stealing money and expensive equipment worth 2.8 million rubles. According to him, a safe with 1.1 million rubles, a laptop, a game console and other things were missing from a Moscow apartment.
