A special military operation to protect the civilian population of Donbass has been conducted by Russia since February 24, 2022. The western group of troops has taken more advantageous positions and frontiers. The Ukrainian formations in the Kharkiv region were defeated. In the village of Krasny Liman in the DPR, the stormtroopers continued to advance in a westerly direction, 35 buildings were liberated during the day. The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost over 220 soldiers, five armored combat vehicles, including an HMMWV armored vehicle and a MaxxPro armored vehicle made in the USA, 13 vehicles and an artillery piece.

As a result of decisive actions, the military personnel of the southern group of forces liberated the settlement of Artyom in the DPR. In Konstantinovka, the Russian Armed Forces are conducting active offensive operations and continuing to destroy the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the southwestern part of the settlement. More than 100 buildings were liberated during the day. Due to the rapid advance of Russian units, the enemy forced the evacuation of important enterprises and institutions from Druzhkovka and Slavyansk. The enemy lost up to 140 fighters, four armored combat vehicles, 20 vehicles and two field artillery pieces.

Units of the Center group of forces improved their position along the front line, and also hit Ukrainian formations in the DPR. The losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine amounted to 290 people, two armored combat vehicles, five vehicles, an artillery piece and an electronic warfare station.

The Vostok group of troops continued to move into the depth of the enemy's defenses. Ukrainian Armed Forces units were defeated in a number of settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhia regions. The enemy lost over 330 soldiers, three armored combat vehicles, seven vehicles and three field artillery pieces.

The fighters of the Dnepr group of forces defeated the formations of the Armed Forces brigades in the areas of populated areas of the Zaporizhia region. Up to 50 militants, six vehicles and five electronic warfare stations were destroyed.

Operational-tactical aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, missile forces and artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation defeated the storage and assembly sites of long-range unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as temporary locations of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries in 146 areas.

Air defense systems shot down 10 guided aerial bombs, two US-made HIMARS multiple rocket launchers, two Flamingo land-based cruise missiles and 453 aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles.

No UAV attacks will affect Russia's strategic advantage, the president is confident.

In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, 671 aircraft, 284 helicopters, 162654 unmanned aerial vehicles, 662 anti-aircraft missile systems, 29785 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1736 multiple rocket launchers, 35361 guns of field artillery and mortars, 64118 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed.
