A resident of the Krasnoyarsk Territory shot a company with a gun because of loud music

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a local resident opened fire with a hunting rifle at a company due to loud music, resulting in one death and four more hospitalized. This was announced on June 11 by the Main investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia.

According to the investigation, the incident occurred on the night of June 10-11 in the village of Kanifolny in the Ilansko-Nizhneingashsky district. The reason for the conflict was the man's dissatisfaction with too loud music. During the quarrel, he brought a hunting rifle and fired several shots at a woman and three men.

As a result of the shooting, a 38-year-old man died on the spot from his injuries. The rest of the injured were taken to medical institutions in serious condition. Investigators and criminologists are working at the scene.

A criminal case has been opened under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code ("Murder"), Part 3 of Article 30, paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code ("Attempted murder of four persons"). The suspect has been detained, and charges will be brought against him in the near future and a preventive measure will be chosen. The investigation establishes all the circumstances of the incident, the agency clarified on the VKontakte social network.

After the incident, the Investigative Committee opened three criminal cases.

In the Kemerovo region, a hunter confused a teenager hiding in the bushes with an animal and shot him with a rifle. As the Izvestia source clarified on June 1, the incident occurred in the Krapivinsky district. Two teenagers were riding mopeds in the middle of the night and drove off the road into the bushes, fearing that traffic police officers might be in the approaching car.

Three hunters were riding in the UAZ — one of them examined the bushes through a thermal imager and found a silhouette that he mistook for an animal. A 42-year-old man shot into the thicket with a rifle and hit a 17-year-old boy, who died on the spot. Realizing what had happened, the hunters fled, but a few hours later they turned to law enforcement.
