Rodnina told about the requests to Interpol in her name

Three-time Olympic champion in figure skating, State Duma deputy Irina Rodnina said that requests had been submitted to Interpol in her name. She said this on June 6 in an interview with Sport24.

"I don't just have sanctions on me — I also have requests to Interpol," Rodnina said.

According to her, the sanctions are related to Ukraine's request for the athlete's participation in the events in Crimea in 2014.
