A special military operation to protect the civilian population of Donbass has been conducted by Russia since February 24, 2022. Russian troops continue to carry out tasks during the special operation. The units of the North group have improved their tactical positions. The strikes covered concentrations of manpower and equipment of the mechanized, airmobile brigades, marine corps brigades and the air defense forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the areas of Pisarevka, Pushkarevka, Khoteni, Spassky, Velikaya Rybitsa and Ivolzhansky Sumy region. In the Kharkiv region, formations of a mechanized, motorized infantry brigade, two air defense brigades and a National Guard brigade were affected in the areas of Liptsov, Okhrimovka, Shevchenko, Kazachya Lopan and Bely Kolodez. The enemy's losses amounted to up to 195 soldiers, a tank, 22 vehicles, an artillery piece and an electronic warfare station.

D; the Yuzhnaya assault improved the tactical situation. Fire damage was inflicted on three mechanized, motorized infantry, mountain assault brigades, a marine brigade and air defense forces in the areas of Nikolaypol, Druzhkovka, Artyom, Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Nikolaevka, Rai-Alexandrovka, Luxuriant and Konstantinovka. The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 165 people, three armored combat vehicles, 25 vehicles, three field artillery guns and an electronic warfare station.

In the area of responsibility of the Center group, the units have taken more advantageous positions. The strikes targeted three mechanized, assault, and airmobile brigades, two marine brigades, three National Guard brigades, and an assault regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of Ivanovka, Gulevo, Sergeyevka, Krasnoyarsk, Shevchenko, Belitsky, Gruzsky, Novopavlovka, and Kucherov Yar. The losses of the Ukrainian armed forces exceeded 325 soldiers, four armored personnel carriers, five vehicles, 155-mm self-propelled guns "Caesar" and two electronic warfare stations.

The Vostok group continued to wedge itself into the enemy's defenses. A mechanized, assault, two amphibious assault brigades, a marine brigade and an assault regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were hit in the areas of Dolinka, Zhuravlinka, Gavrilovka, Lyubitsky, Novoselovka, Krinovka and Romanka. The enemy lost more than 330 soldiers, one armored personnel carrier, ten vehicles and an artillery piece.

In the Dnieper direction, the Dnepr group attacked two mechanized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and a defense brigade in the areas of Orekhov, Kirovo and Grigorovka. Over 40 military personnel, two armored personnel carriers, 21 vehicles and four electronic warfare stations were destroyed.

Aviation, attack drones, rocket troops and artillery of the Russian forces hit training sites and launch sites for long-range unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as temporary locations of Ukrainian formations and foreign mercenaries in 133 districts. Air defense systems shot down ten guided aerial bombs, three HIMARS MLRS missiles and 381 aircraft-type drones.

In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, 671 aircraft, 284 helicopters, 154,703 unmanned aerial vehicles, 661 anti-aircraft missile systems, 29,581 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1,729 multiple rocket launchers, 35,183 field artillery and mortars, 63,177 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed.
