The day before, Chekalina got in touch for the first time after the fifth chemotherapy and showed a discharge epicrisis on social networks, which was reviewed by Izvestia. It follows from the document that on January 9, doctors recommended urgent hospitalization and in-depth examination to the blogger, but then she refused.
This fact casts doubt on Chekalina's statements that the cancer was allegedly discovered late due to the actions of the investigation and house arrest. The rejection of the examination recommended by doctors occurred long before the exacerbation of the disease.

The reason for the discussion was also footage from the fitness club, secretly filmed by one of the clients, Alina Raskovskaya. The visitor stated that Chekalina looked healthy, which caused some of the audience to doubt the reality of the diagnosis. The club administration terminated the contract with Raskovskaya.

"Thanks to treatment, especially radiation therapy, the number of metastases decreased and her bones became healthier," the dancer explained.

A serious illness affected the schedule of court proceedings — the trials were suspended due to the blogger's condition. At the same time, Chekalina continues to do business and introduced a new cosmetic brand, Eyya Skin. In the advertising campaign of her project, she starred without a wig to support other women facing cancer. Her faith in recovery and the support of her loved ones help her cope with stress.
