Rapper Ganvest was fined 70 thousand rubles for drug propaganda
Rapper Ganvest (real name Ruslan Gominov) was fined 70 thousand rubles in an administrative case on drug propaganda in his songs. This was announced on May 12 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the hall of the Nikulinsky court in Moscow.
It is known that a report on Ganvest for a similar violation was submitted to one of the courts of St. Petersburg. Propaganda of illegal substances was seen in eight of the rapper's compositions at once.
In March, Ganvest was fined 95 thousand rubles for insulting human dignity and public morality, which he allowed in his compositions. Izvestia found out that the law enforcement agencies received numerous appeals from citizens who demanded to ban the distribution of the composition.
On March 30, Gominov was also brought to justice under Part 3 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Minor hooliganism expressed in the dissemination of information insulting human dignity on the Internet"). The reason for the trial was the text of one of the artist's compositions.
