"On the trail of the beast", 16+

Directed by Peter Amelin. Starring: Pavel Kharlanchuk, Mikhail Gavrilov-Tretyakov, Anton Batyrev, Sergey Komarov, Karina Razumovskaya, Nikita Kasyanenko

The starting point of the plot of the spy drama "On the Trail of the Beast" was a real feat of Soviet intelligence, when the Fascist invaders made desperate attempts to change the course of the war. The action takes place in 1942. After the defeat at Stalingrad, the German command is preparing a revenge on the Kursk Bulge. To do this, groups of Nazi saboteurs are thrown into the Soviet rear. Special services are on the trail of the enemy. The famously twisted plot is intertwined with a family drama. There is a long—standing conflict and distrust between brothers Sergei Skorin and Andrey Losev. Both are scouts, but on whose side the first one is actually playing is intrigue. All episodes of the action-packed, dynamic action film will be released on REN TV on the Day of the Great Victory.

On May 9 at 10:40 on REN TV

"The Beloved side", 16+

Directed by Igor Mirkurbanov. Starring: Alexey Maklakov, Evgeny Boytsov, Pavel Kapitonov, Ekaterina Dracheva, Alyona Mitroshina, Alexey Skuratov

Igor Mirkurbanov's play based on Boris Vasiliev's novella "And the dawns here are quiet..." rethinks the story of young anti-aircraft gunners and Sergeant Vaskov. The production is filled with mythological depth and Orthodox symbolism: for example, crossing a swamp is presented as a path to another world, where the characters are met by the hermit monk Legont. The plot is based on the memories of the survivor Vaskov, who, 30 years later, continues an internal dialogue with tragically deceased girls, whose voices sound like an echo of the war. The memory of interrupted lives becomes both a challenge and a meaning for him at the same time.

On May 9 at 19:00 in "Lenkom Mark Zakharov"
