According to forecasters, thunderstorms with rain are possible in the capital region these days. The south-westerly wind is also expected to increase, with gusts of up to 15 m/s.

A warning about adverse weather conditions will be in effect in Moscow and the Moscow region until 21:00 Moscow time on both days.

By the weekend, it will be warm in the capital, and the bad weather will leave for the Urals and the Volga region.

Marina Makarova, a leading employee of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, said on May 2 that meteorological summer will begin in the Moscow region on May 26.
