In the Moscow region, from the evening of April 17 to the morning of April 18, a "yellow" weather hazard level has been declared due to fog. This was announced on Friday, April 17, by the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia.

According to weather forecasters, the warning will be in effect from 21:00 on April 17 to 09:00 on April 18. Fog is expected in some places at night and in the morning, the Moscow City News Agency reports. Light rain is expected in some places during the upcoming night with variable clouds, and moderate rain is expected in the north-west of the Moscow region. The temperature will be about +3... +5 degrees in Moscow and from +1 to +6 degrees in the region.

Cloudy weather is forecast for the afternoon of April 18 with light, sometimes moderate precipitation. It will warm up to +8... +10 degrees in the capital, and up to +7... +12 degrees in the Moscow region, Moscow 24 reports.

Also on April 17, Tatyana Pozdnyakova, chief specialist of the Moscow Meteorological Bureau, told NSN that frosts are expected at the beginning of next week at night, and wind and precipitation in the form of rain and snow will create a feeling of March weather, while no snow cover will form. In the future, the weather will improve, albeit rather slowly.

On the same day, the Ministry of Emergency Situations warned of bad weather in Moscow on April 19 and 20. It is expected to reach 0 degrees and below, sleet with rain and wind gusts up to 15 m/s. Ice is forming on the roads in places, reports 360.ru .

Also on Friday, Yandex Weather forecasters told Izvestia that rain and snow are forecast in Moscow for the weekend.
