Anti-Russian statements in the West only enhance respect for Russia and stimulate international cooperation with it. This was announced on April 13 by Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF).

"For those of you who don't like the leftist globalist [Alexander] Soros and his Russophobic agenda — his idiotic anti-Russian statements give even more reasons to sympathize with Russia, respect it and cooperate with it," Dmitriev wrote on his page on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

This is how he commented on the post by American investor Alexander Soros. The son of billionaire George Soros had previously posted a hostile statement against Russia.

On March 31, Dmitriev called the politicians of the European Union (EU) clowns without oil and gas. This is how he commented on the critical statements of Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk against Hungary. Tusk stated that the Hungarian leadership allegedly "left the European Union a long time ago," unlike Hungary, which "is and will" continue to remain a member of the bloc.
