Pablo Picasso's painting "A Woman's Head", which is estimated at millions of euros, can be won in a raffle in France by buying a ticket for just €100. This was reported by the Associated Press (AP) on April 10.

The drawing will be held at Christie's auction house in Paris on April 14. All proceeds from the event will be used to study Alzheimer's disease.

"Of the proceeds, €1 million will be paid to Opera Gallery, the international art dealer who owns the painting," the publication says.

It is specified that the number of tickets will be limited to 120 thousand. This means that the draw could bring in €12 million if all tickets are sold.

Two Picasso paintings have already been awarded for this amount in previous lotteries. In 2013, "The Man in the Opera Hat" went to a Pennsylvania firefighter, and in 2020, "Still Life" was won by an Italian accountant, to whom her son gave a ticket to the event as a Christmas gift.

The Guardian newspaper reported on April 7 that the acoustic guitar of the leader of the British rock band Oasis, Noel Gallagher, will be auctioned in the United States. We are talking about the Epiphone EJ-200 guitar signed by the musician, which was used when writing songs for the band's second studio album "(What's the Story) Morning Glory?".
