Exchange prices for gas in Europe at the beginning of trading on April 8 fell by 18.5% to $518.6 per 1,000 cubic meters. This follows from the data of the London ICE exchange.

The next TTF index futures opened trading at 9:00 a.m. Moscow time at $518.6 (-18.5%). As of 9:15 a.m. Moscow time, the figure was $529.3 (-16.8%).

The dynamics of quotations is based on the estimated price of the previous trading day — $597.6 per 1 thousand cubic meters.

US President Donald Trump said earlier in the day that he had agreed to suspend strikes on Iran for another two weeks.
