Blogger Oksana Samoilova and rapper Dzhigan (real name Denis Ustimenko) have entered into a settlement agreement as part of a lawsuit to invalidate the marriage contract. Samoilova's lawyer Oleg Tonakanyan informed Izvestia about this on April 1.

"Oksana and Denis have entered into a settlement agreement," the lawyer said.

Dzhigan's lawyer Sergey Zhorin announced on February 26 that the rapper would insist on dividing the property in half with his wife. The lawyer clarified that the property has not yet been assessed.

Samoilova filed for divorce on October 6, 2025. Information about the crisis in the relationship of the star couple began to actively spread in early October. The Magistrate's court in Moscow later, on November 17, gave Dzhigan and Samoilova two months to reconcile. In turn, the blogger told reporters that she was not ready for reconciliation and intended to bring the divorce process to an end.

On January 19, Dzhigan asked the court to invalidate their marriage contract. According to his lawyer, the document was signed when the rapper was in a "vulnerable state," in particular, he was taking medication and undergoing treatment, which did not allow him to fully understand the consequences.
