And this, it seems to me, is very similar to the almost absurd hysteria of Europeans towards Russia. <...> The very idea of Europe's defeat by Russia terrifies them [the leaders of the countries]," he said in an interview with Glenn Diesen, professor at the University of Southeastern Norway, posted on the YouTube channel.

Wolf also predicted that after the end of the conflict in Ukraine, the careers of European leaders would end, and their political biographies "would be erased." According to the professor, the United States "framed" Europe because of "its own problems."

Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with members of the Security Council on March 27 that Russia's relations with European countries were in crisis, and it was not Moscow's fault.
