This opinion was expressed by Vladimir Shapovalov, a political scientist, member of the Board of the Russian Association of Political Science, project manager of the EISI, on Tuesday, March 24.

Earlier that day, Pakistan's Air Force violated Afghanistan's airspace immediately after the deadline for the suspension of hostilities between the two countries expired on March 23.
