There was a complete power outage in Cuba. This was announced on March 22 by the Cuban State Energy Company.

"There has been a complete shutdown of the national electric power system," the message on the social network said.

It is noted that recovery protocols are already being developed.

A power outage in Cuba was reported on March 16. Then there was a complete rupture of the national electric power system. Subsequently, the local energy company Unión Eléctrica de Cuba added that there were no breakdowns in any of the heating units.

On March 18, the energy company announced that all the provinces of Cuba had been reconnected to the national electricity grid.
