T-Technologies announced the purchase of the <url> portal

The T-Technologies company will buy the <url> portal from Yandex for 35 billion rubles. This was announced on March 18 by the press service of T–Technologies.

"The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026 after receiving all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals. The amount of the transaction, according to the agreements of the parties, will amount to 35 billion rubles," the message says.

It is noted that borrowed funds are used to finance the transaction, therefore, the group's fixed capital, according to the report, will not be diverted.

"The group's investments in the automotive segment and partnership with <url> are a strategic bet on the development of the national car market. We want to create a technological and safe environment for all market participants to interact: to connect those who want to buy, sell or repair a car with automakers, car dealers, car service stations and other infrastructure players," said Stanislav Bliznyuk, President of T—Technologies.

In November last year, Gazprom's subsidiary Gazprom Tech acquired a controlling stake (51%) of the domestic luxury car manufacturer Aurus.
