The Israeli army tried to land troops from helicopters on the border of Syria and Lebanon. This was reported on March 7 by Al-Mayadeen TV channel.

"Information has been received about the landing of three Israeli helicopters in a mountainous area on the border of Syria and Lebanon. Helicopters attempted to land troops in the mountainous area of Brital. Sounds of clashes can be heard," the publication says.

It is reported that clashes have begun in the area of the landing site.

On March 6, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that it had attacked a high-ranking Iranian commander in Tehran. The details of the operation and the identity of the commander have not yet been disclosed.

The SNN TV channel also reported that the United States and Israel launched an airstrike on the center of Tehran. Red Crescent volunteers are removing the dead from the rubble and helping the wounded. A search is also underway for people trapped in collapsed buildings.
