Kazan authorities have decided to cancel all street celebrations, including Carnival celebrations, due to the continuing threat of drone attacks. This was announced on February 21 in the Telegram channel of the Department of Culture of the Executive Committee of the city of Kazan.

Cultural institutions have switched to working exclusively indoors.
