Metrium: 7 wonders of romance – where is the best place to choose new buildings in Moscow for lovers

The Moscow government has selected the top 7 most romantic locations in the capital in 2025. The list is published in the city's official online community "Active Citizen". On the eve of Valentine's Day, Metrium experts talk about the market of new buildings near these attractions — well-maintained parks and embankments with stylish art objects, where it is especially pleasant to declare love to your "other half".

Nerastankino Pavilion in Tsaritsyno

It is not surprising that the list of the most romantic places in Moscow includes the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve, a huge green area with natural and architectural monuments. There are many objects that attract couples in love: ponds with swans, palaces with luxurious interiors, greenhouses with exotic plants, orchards. But the main center of attraction, especially on February 14, is the Nerastankino Pavilion. This place is steeped in romantic legends and, as it is believed, walks here strengthen relationships. The architectural appearance of the building is an "island" of Italian Tuscany in Moscow. The pavilion offers views of the Upper Tsaritsyn Pond and the Rusalkin Gate stone arch.

In the areas where Tsaritsyno Park is located, developers are selling 844 apartments in three new comfort and business class buildings. The minimum budget for the purchase of primary comfort-class housing here is 10.9 million rubles per 20 sq. m., business class - 44.3 million rubles per 68.1 sq. m.

"Today, the majority of clients in Moscow's primary market are spouses aged 25-40," says Larisa Shvetsova, CEO of River Park LLC.

When buying real estate, they pay attention primarily to the level of infrastructure development and environmental friendliness in the location. Most buyers want to live in integrated territorial development (CDT) projects, where almost all the necessary social facilities are located next to the house. Apartment owners in such new buildings save an average of 15 hours a week on the road and can devote significantly more time to their loved ones.

A striking example of the KRT project is our business class city block "Kolomenskoye River Park". Within its framework, we have already built a kindergarten, a school, an embankment more than 1.5 km long with restaurants and beauty salons, children's playhouses and a sports boulevard. Pleasant bonuses for residents are romantic places surrounded by the project. First of all, it is the Kolomenskoye Museum-Reserve in the immediate vicinity of the quarter and the Tsaritsyna palace ensemble in the neighboring area. And directly on the embankment of the Kolomenskoye River Park residential complex, we have provided "places for kissing." These are private green islands decorated with decorative plaques with romantic signatures."
