In Moscow, they said goodbye to director Oleinikov

On January 28, at the Troekurovsky cemetery in Moscow, they said goodbye to director and TV presenter Alexander Oleinikov. Footage from the event is published by Izvestia.

The ceremony was attended by relatives, colleagues and fans of Oleynikov's work. They gathered in the hall to lay flowers and wreaths at the coffin.

Among those who came to say goodbye to the director were producer Anton Kalinkin, director Fyodor Bondarchuk, director Renat Davletyarov, People's Artist of the Russian Federation Larisa Dolina, Channel One CEO Konstantin Ernst and singer Dmitry Malikov.

Oleinikov's death at the age of 60 became known on January 24. The TV presenter started working on television in 1985. Later, in 1993, he got a job at TV-6, where he hosted the TV shows "My Star", "Your Music" and "My Story".

In 2001, the director began working for NTV, and later, in 2002, he quit and moved to the Rossiya channel, where he became the project manager for Good Morning, Russia! and Vesti+. From 2006 to 2012, he was the general producer of TVC, and since 2001, he has been a member of the Academy of Russian Television.
