Rapper Dzhigan (real name Denis Ustimenko) wants to equally divide the property that was acquired with his wife, blogger Oksana Samoilova. His lawyer Sergey Zhorin told Izvestia about this on January 21.

Earlier, Dzhigan asked the court to invalidate their marriage contract. According to his lawyer, the document was signed when the rapper was in a "vulnerable state", in particular, he was taking medication and undergoing treatment, which did not allow him to fully understand the consequences. According to the prenuptial agreement, all jointly acquired property after the couple's divorce should go to Samoilova.

It is specified that if the court satisfies Ustimenko's claim, the document will be annulled, and the property will be divided equally between the spouses, regardless of the initial conditions.

Samoilova filed for divorce on October 6, 2025. Information about the crisis in the relationship of the star couple began to actively spread in early October. The reason for it was Samoilova's emotional statements on social networks, as well as her numerous trips to Milan and Paris unaccompanied by her husband.

Lawyer Oleg Tonakanyan said on October 28 that the divorce proceedings between Samoilova and Dzhigan were taking place without dividing the property. He said that at the moment only a divorce is being considered and there are no disputes about property or children.

The Magistrate's court in Moscow later, on November 17, gave Dzhigan and Samoilova two months to reconcile. In turn, the blogger told reporters that she was not ready for reconciliation and intended to bring the divorce process to an end.
