In Chekhov, 14 apartment buildings were left without heating due to an accident
In Chekhov, near Moscow, on Sunday, January 18, heating was temporarily turned off in at least 14 apartment buildings due to an accident on heating networks. This was announced by the head of the municipal district Mikhail Sobakin.
"Due to the complexity of the work, it will take more than five hours. We additionally deliver heaters to the residents of these houses and install heat guns in the entrances," Sobakin wrote.
The reason for the outage was a leak on the backbone networks. A team of six people from Teploseti with three pieces of equipment is working at the accident site.
Houses on Beregovaya, Moskovskaya and Druzhby streets were left without heat. The head of the district apologized to the residents for the inconvenience and thanked them for their understanding, as well as all the services involved.
On December 30, 2025, the press service of the Ramenskoye city near Moscow reported that a technological malfunction was detected at the supply center in Donino - a tire burnout, which led to a temporary lack of light. On the same day, representatives of the Ministry of Energy of the Moscow region announced that all social facilities located on the territory of Ramenskoye were connected to the electricity supply.
