The series "Specials" will show the story of the FSB's fight against terrorists
The story of the FSB special forces unit's struggle with terrorists formed the basis of the action-packed TV series "Specials". It will be released on REN TV channel soon. The script was written based on documents that were preserved after the actual operations. The participants in the filming of the series on December 17 told about the details of the work.
The plot is such that you definitely want to watch it to the end. Shooting, chases, explosions, interesting characters — there is also a lot of this here, but the main thing is that the scenario of the "Specials" is based on real operations of the FSB Special Operations Center of Russia.
"It's clear that we're artists and we make some mistakes, but we minimize them because we go through the stage several times before filming. It all started with a trip to the special forces center, where we were trained along with the fighters, and we already knew what was waiting for us," explained Stanislav Tkachenko, the actor who plays the role of Doc.
Project consultants and current department employees are always behind the scenes. The emphasis in the series is on authenticity: weapons, special equipment are the same, even you have to move and breathe the right way.
"The way they walk, the way they breathe, roughly speaking. Well, of course, weapon manipulation, tactical stuff, choreography. There are some moments even in speech, that's what we can't say, we don't say that," added the actor, performer of the role of Shaman Vadim Badmatsyrenov.
Consultants accompany the group on all trips. The scenery also travels. So, the huge base of the detachment was first rebuilt in a hangar in the Caucasus, and then moved to St. Petersburg with all the lockers, weapons, and simulators. And you have to travel a lot: operations in sunny Crimea and in the frosty Arctic will be shown.
"Filming in warm Ingushetia has just finished, and now it's dank Petersburg. You can especially feel this wind when standing on the roof of a fifteen-story building, where everything is like a spider's web entangled with safety ropes. In the next scene, four stuntmen will descend from the roof at once," said Maxim Oblender, a correspondent for Izvestia.
There are terrorists in the apartment. After the residents are taken out of the building, the special forces appear quickly, without an invitation. Starring Mark Ovchinnikov, Dmitry Pchela, Denis Donskoy, Ilya Akintyev and other famous actors.
The hero of Donskoy with the call sign Student is a novice of the detachment. He graduated from the airborne school yesterday, and now he is carrying out deadly missions with his senior comrades.
"This is a series about people. Fighters are the same people. There is no goal, again, to make some kind of action movie, these are the same people who have their own problems and pains at home," Donskoy said.
What is sometimes difficult to track is the exact time of what is happening.
"We, the audience, the townsfolk, do not know until what years absolutely terrible events took place in the Caucasus. Many operations were opened for us only for this project. The series turn out to be cool, very close to life," said Ekaterina Kirillova, the project's editor-in-chief.
Viewers will see the first joint work of the Triix Media film company and the REN TV channel very soon. One of the most ambitious projects is a movie about real male friendship and real male work, which often goes unnoticed outside the screen, and it makes everyone feel better.
As reported on October 12, the TV series "Specials" will show the most spectacular FSB operations. Everything was also recreated with documentary accuracy. As part of the film, they want to show that the harsh special forces soldiers are primarily people with their own experiences and problems. At the same time, filming was carried out on the territory of various regions of Russia.
All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
