When the air gets cold, frost falls on the windows, and the roads are covered with ice in the morning, only love will save us. In "Near Happiness," deep feelings will connect the saleswoman with the owner of a department store, in "Khimki Witches," the heroines will meet with a seducing sorcerer, and in "Out of Many," an epidemic of love for one's neighbor will completely engulf the entire planet. Izvestia reports on the most interesting TV premieres in November.

Ruslan Adamov, a young businessman, is the owner of a large shopping mall in Antalya, Turkey. After his wife's death, he devoted himself entirely to his son and his business. However, everything changes when Nina comes to the store — her foster parents' house has burned down, and she urgently needs to find a job to provide a roof over her head. Ruslan sees potential in the girl and invites her to work at the "Close Happiness". Nina's business ideas, which help to increase the profitability of the business, conquer the businessman, as does the girl herself, but the lovers face many obstacles that can hinder their path to happiness.

Ladies of the older Balzac age love Turkish TV series for their seductive exotic landscapes and equally seductive hot men against their background. Both are in abundance in "Near Happiness", despite the fact that the main roles were played by Russian artists — Alina Voskresenskaya ("Univer. Young") and Mikhail Kremer ("Overheard in Rybinsk"). The creators claim that the series is based on the novel "Ladies' Happiness" by Emile Zola. The idea is certainly rich: if you throw out the social component of the classics and add beauties and beauties, you can compose melodramatic scenarios for miles. It's scary to imagine what awaits Turgenev.

"Robin Hood"

The Normans who captured England are forcing the Anglo-Saxons to submit with fire and sword. Among the victims is the father of young Robin. Having lost his family and home, Robin gathers a group of brave men and goes into the woods to use guerrilla methods to fight the sheriff of Nottingham and his greedy henchmen. He is assisted by Marian, a noble girl who moves in the circles of the Norman nobility and provides Robin with intelligence. But will they, so different, have a chance to stay together forever?

Robin Hood stories have been filmed in different countries and in different ways. The new production is distinguished by a very nice casting and excellent work of costumers and props. The setting, costumes, weapons — everything is spelled out to the last detail and looks extremely decent, unlike many other films and TV series about the robber from Sherwood Forest, the creators of which traditionally consider the presence of a cape and leggings sufficient for Robin and his family. The series was filmed in Serbia, so the audience will enjoy the presence of Slavic people. The role of the sheriff is played by Sean Bean, an excellent actor who, it seems, has never lived to see the denouement in any film. So, the good will win.

Young guys Vitya, Egoy and Beck, having arrived in St. Petersburg, rent one apartment for three to save money. On an accidental tip from a new acquaintance, they come up with the idea of setting up an underground casino at home. But one evening, an unscrupulous employee of the department for combating economic crimes turns out to be at their table, offering the young talents a choice between a long prison term and working with him with the possibility of expanding their business. The heroes don't have to make a choice for long, and as a result, they very soon turn into the shadow kings of an underground gaming empire...

47-year-old director Rustam Ilyasov ("Difficult Teenagers", "Stream") is familiar with modern realities, which already gives the series a good chance. The main roles are played by young actors Alexandra Bortich ("I'm losing Weight"), Artyom Koshman ("The Content Women") and Timofey Yeletsky ("Stream"), who, despite their young years, already have good professional experience, but are not accustomed to the meaningful Moscow Art Museum pauses that discourage the younger generation of viewers. The target audience should like it. Young people should have a dream!

"Out of many"

Carol is the most unhappy person on Earth. For some unknown reason, she turned out to be the only immune person not affected by the epidemic of happiness that swept the entire planet. Now everyone is obsessed with the idea of making Carol happy first, and then exploring her as a guinea pig to find out what prevents her from joining a cheerful team the size of the world's population. Carol, in turn, is preparing to rid humanity of the epidemic, fortunately, positive merchants, in order to satisfy her desire, are ready to sell her at least a tank, even a bazooka. Will she succeed in a reverse exchange that will return people's individuality in exchange for all-consuming happiness?..

The audience is ready for expressions of immoderate delight — Vince Gilligan, the screenwriter of The X-Files, the creator of Breaking Bad and its spin-off Better Call Saul, presents his new creation. Signature black humor combined with social satire and a tense plot are attached. Starring Ray Seahorn, who gained fame after the series "Better call Saul." The original name of the TV show, Pluribus, is part of the Latin motto E Pluribus Unum, "One of many", which adorns the US state seal. Its meaning in the context of the series is intuitively clear, but, of course, this will not stop viewers from trying to figure out on their own what the author wanted to say.

The Khimki Witches

November 10th
STS

Three friends earn money by deceiving gullible people, posing as mediums. Everything changes when a real witch gets in their way — she gives the girls genuine magical powers. From that moment on, Marina begins to hear other people's thoughts, Sveta begins to see the future, and Olya begins to communicate with the dead. However, instead of fulfilling their desires and living an easy life, they face nightmares and trials. The gift received from the witch turns into a curse, and now the heroines are forced to find a way to get rid of it. Along the way, they meet a dangerous seducing sorcerer and unexpectedly find love that can change everything.

The writers of the new TV show, of course, have done a lot of work to make it almost impossible to identify the Witches of Eastwick in the plot. Unfortunately, they quite transparently hinted at the source of inspiration by their name — and thereby deprived themselves of all chances. Agatha Muceniece ("Closed School"), Anna Banshchikova ("Alien") and Valeria Astapova ("Unscrupulous") — the girls are certainly textured, but they certainly don't dance against the trio of Cher, Michelle Pfeiffer and Susan Sarandon. And Jack Nicholson won't go to Khimki at all for any money. Sadness.

Aggie Wiggs is a popular writer who has never been able to return to writing after her son's death. However, when the mysterious tycoon Niall Sheldon moves into the house next door to her, she feels an interest in life for the first time in many years. A few years earlier, Sheldon was accused of murdering his wife, but the investigation failed to establish the truth. Now Aggie takes up the job, hoping that she will not only be able to prove the guilt of the killer, but also to put this story as the basis for her new book. Aggie begins to communicate with Sheldon and gather information about him, but soon realizes that she is involved in a dangerous game, and there are more lurking monsters around than she could have imagined.

"The Monster" has probably already attracted the attention of fans of the TV series "Homeland": his showrunner Howard Gordon also worked here, and the main role was played by Claire Danes. Reputation, as always, does not let you down: a tough and gloomy psychological thriller unmistakably presses on the sore points of the audience and does not let go of their attention until the very finale.
