The US Congress proposed to transfer long-range cruise missiles to Ukraine
The US administration should provide the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) with long-range cruise missiles. This was announced on December 15 by a member of the United States House of Representatives, Don Bacon.
"The United States needs to send 200 long—range cruise missiles to Ukraine," he wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
At the same time, he advised users of the social network who left negative comments under his post to "not be rags."
The Wall Street Journal reported on November 29 that the US President's special envoy, Steve Witkoff, suggested that the Ukrainian authorities, instead of requesting supplies of long-range Tomahawk missiles, seek exemption from duties. According to him, the United States "continues to knock on the door and offer ideas."
