The first deputy Governor of the Vologda Region, Ivan Inozemtsev, has resigned due to retirement. This was announced on November 28 in the press service of the head of the region.

"The first deputy Governor of the Vologda Region, Ivan Inozemtsev, has submitted his resignation in connection with retirement. Governor Georgy Filimonov has accepted his resignation," RIA Novosti reports.

As Kommersant notes, the former civil servant is currently 47 years old.

It is specified that Inozemtsev has worked in the government of the Vologda region since May 2025. Previously, from 2016 to 2026, he served in the central office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and before that, starting in 2012, he headed the administration of Sergiev Posad.

Earlier, on November 20, the prosecutor's office of the Vladimir region demanded that Dmitry Naumov, the mayor of Vladimir, be dismissed from his post due to loss of confidence. So, in 2024, Naumov submitted to the governor of the Vladimir region a certificate of his income, expenses, property and obligations. However, it became known that the mayor deliberately underestimated the value of the real estate he acquired in 2023 by three times.
