In the Czech Republic, about 40 people were injured in a collision between two trains. This was reported on November 20 by the CTK news agency.

"A high-speed train collided with a passenger train in the Ceske-Budeyevitsky region. About 40 people were injured," the article says.

According to the agency, two people were seriously injured, the rest received minor injuries. The cause of the collision has not been determined at this time. Seven rescue teams and a helicopter were dispatched to the scene.

Earlier, on November 9, it was reported that two trains collided on the railway between the cities of Pezinok and Bratislava in Slovakia, at least 30 were injured. It was noted that before the impact, the train braked sharply, and after the collision, those passengers with medical education were urged to approach the front of the train.
