Forecasters predicted cloudy and icy conditions in Moscow on November 16

Partly cloudy, no precipitation, and icy conditions await residents of the capital region on Sunday, November 16. The corresponding forecast is published on the website of the Hydrometeorological Center.

The air temperature in Moscow will range from -2 to 0 degrees during the day. At night, the thermometer will drop to -4 degrees.

In the Moscow region, it will be from -4 to +1 degrees during the day, and at night the temperature may drop to -5 degrees.

A southwesterly wind is expected with a transition to the south at a speed of 5-10 m/s.

The atmospheric pressure will be 751 mmHg.

A sharp cold snap will come to Moscow on November 11.

Earlier, on November 15, Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, said that about 30% of the monthly snowfall rate would fall in Moscow over the weekend. He specified that from Monday it will be cloudy in the capital with clarifications, the temperature will rise to +3...+5 degrees, after which the temporary snow cover will begin to melt.
