The number of new cars on the Russian market in September has been calculated

By the end of September, 14 different models appeared on the Russian automotive market for the first time, 10 of them belong to the passenger car segment. This was reported on October 8 by the analytical agency Autostat.

So, in the first month of autumn, three Russian passenger cars were registered in the Russian Federation for the first time: a two—seat electric Eonyx M2, an all-wheel drive Sollers ST9 pickup truck and a compact Tenet T4 crossover.

The list includes the Belarusian Belgee S50 sedan, the Chinese—made Honda S7 electric crossover, as well as five more models of Chinese brands - the BYD U7 sedan, the Denza N8 hybrid crossover, the Maxus Star X pickup truck, the Xiaomi YU7 Max electric crossover and the Xpeng P7+ liftback.

In the truck segment, new models of two Russian brands were purchased for the first time in September — the AMT 632901 truck tractor and the Sollers TR180 medium-duty truck. The KAMA X62 flatbed truck model (from the Chinese manufacturer Shandong KAMA Automobile) has appeared in sales of light commercial vehicles (LCVs). The Chinese double-decker low-floor excursion Higer KLQ6109GS has joined the line of buses purchased in the country.

Earlier that day, it was reported that the MB Rus distributor had postponed the Russian debut of the Aito M9 full-size hybrid crossover. The reason was that there is an increased demand for this model in China, and the manufacturing plant's capacity is now directed specifically to the Chinese domestic market.
