Five people were injured as a result of an emergency landing of an American United Airlines plane at Kansai Airport in Japan. This was reported on August 12 by NHK TV channel with links to Aerogavani's office and comments from eyewitnesses.

"On the night of September 12, a passenger plane <..."A United Airlines flight off the coast of Wakayama Prefecture made an emergency landing at Kansai Airport, <...> five people were slightly injured," the publication says.

It is specified that these passengers were injured while trying to leave the aircraft, which was heading to the Philippine island of Cebu and had 140 people on board. The evacuation itself was announced due to an alert about a fire in the cargo hold, which was received by the pilots at 18:30 (12:30 Moscow time).

Representatives of the National Transportation Safety Board announced that they would conduct an inspection to identify the causes of the incident.

On September 1, CNN reported a collision between two passenger planes landing. There were two people on board each of the Cessna 172 and Extra Flugzeugbau EA300 vessels, respectively, one of whom died.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
