The Moldovan authorities violated democratic norms by deciding to limit polling stations for the Russian diaspora to two. Alexander Mitruk, head of information Support for the Federal National Cultural Autonomy (FNKA) of Moldovans of the Russian Federation, told Izvestia on August 17.
