On August 12, American leader Donald Trump announced the signing of a decree suspending the increase in duties on goods from China for a period of 90 days.

"I have just signed a decree extending the suspension of duties on China for another 90 days," he said in a message on Truth Social.

In addition, he noted that all previous US agreements remain the same.

On August 7, Trump announced new sanctions against Russia's trading partners. At the same time, the politician did not rule out that the United States could subsequently cancel duties of 25% against India for the purchase of Russian oil. In addition, restrictions on trade with Russia may be imposed on China.
