In Krasnoyarsk, a man was detained who, previously, killed his beloved and dismembered her body. This was reported on July 15 in the press service of the Main investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia.

They noted that law enforcement agencies had received a statement from a local resident about the disappearance of her 34-year-old friend. According to the investigation, on the evening of June 10, the 42-year-old roommate of the missing woman returned home from a business trip, and a conflict broke out between the partners, during which the man punched the woman several times in the torso.

"In the morning, the defendant found a roommate without signs of life. Fearing to be brought to criminal responsibility, the man decided to hide the traces of the crime, for which he dismembered the body of the deceased and packed them in bags, took them out by bus and taxi, leaving them in different areas of the city," the department's Telegram channel says.

It is specified that as a result of search activities, criminologists found body parts and remains of a woman in different parts of Krasnoyarsk. The GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region added that a criminal case had been opened against a local resident under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Murder"), and during the interrogation he fully admitted his guilt.
