Bloody holiday: five teenagers died in Baikalsk

Attack on teenagers in Baikalsk: what happened
On the night of May 28, teenagers aged 13-17 celebrated a friend's birthday in Baikalsk. At some point, the celebration turned into a bloody drama with five dead and four injured.
According to the press service of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia, there was a group of young people in a private house in the horticultural non-profit partnership (SNT) Gorny Baikal. At some point, one of them attacked those present with a knife. As a result, four teenagers died on the spot and four more were taken to a medical facility with various injuries.
The alleged suspect then set fire to the house and died as a result of the fire that started. The bodies of all the victims were found at the scene of the tragedy.
A criminal case was initiated under articles on the murder of two or more persons and on attempted murder (paragraph "a" of part 2 of Article 105, part 3 of Article 30, paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code). "Psychologists and a psychotherapist from the Irkutsk Regional Neuropsychiatric dispensary are working with the parents and relatives of the dead and injured children who are in shock," Kobzev wrote on his Telegram channel.
Olga Markova, the mother of one of the dead girls, told Izvestia that the assaulting suspect was her daughter's classmate. According to the woman, the girl calmly asked for a birthday party and assured that everything would be fine, asked not to worry. The mother of the deceased girl expressed a lack of understanding about the motives pursued by the suspect in the murder.
At the same time, Pavel Paramonov, the brother of the suspect in the attack, questioned the involvement of the young man in the commission of the crime in an interview with Izvestia.
