The parliamentarian stressed that Graham has been talking for several days about the supply of US weapons to Ukraine, sanctions against Russia, and information about the confiscation of Russian financial assets is increasingly surfacing.

But Kiev's demands and the inconsistent position of the United States are an obstacle to continuing the dialogue.

Earlier, on July 13, Graham said that the United States wants to use not only interest from Russia's frozen assets to help Ukraine, RT reports.
