Farewell to the boy who died in the attack of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was held in the Kursk region.

A farewell to a five-year-old boy who died as a result of a drone strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) took place in the Kursk region.

The funeral service took place in the church of the village of Cheryomushki.

In addition to the boy's parents, Russian fighters were also present at the farewell ceremony.

On July 8, the Ukrainian Armed Forces hit the Gorodskiy beach in Kursk. As a result of the attack, three people were killed on the spot, Khinstein reported. Seven people were injured in the Ukrainian strike, including a five-year-old boy. The next day, the child died during transportation to Moscow. Doctors did everything to save the boy, but his injuries were too severe — they diagnosed more than 30% of burns on his body.

The Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia has opened a criminal case on the attack.
