The Investigative Committee of Primorye has opened a criminal case against the teenager who shot

In Nakhodka, Primorsky Krai, a 14-year-old teenager shot a 13-year-old boy in the eye with an air pistol on July 3. This was announced on July 8 by the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) for the region in its Telegram channel.

"The investigative authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Primorsky Territory have opened a criminal case against a 14-year-old teenager who is suspected of firing an air pistol into the eye of a 13-year—old teenager," the report said.

According to the agency, the circumstances of the incident are currently being established. The victim received medical assistance. A criminal case has been opened under paragraph "h" of Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional infliction of serious harm to health with the use of weapons").

Earlier, on June 30, a man who started shooting at a playground was detained in the Moscow region. Rosgvardiya officers who arrived at the scene found a man in a state of intoxication with an air gun in his hands.
